{"id":1626,"date":"2025-12-04T16:01:54","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T15:01:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ilcorrieredellascuola.eu\/?p=1626"},"modified":"2025-12-04T16:04:01","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T15:04:01","slug":"samb-aquila-indagati-per-rissa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ilcorrieredellascuola.eu\/?p=1626","title":{"rendered":"Samb-Aquila: indagati per rissa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sono\u00a0<strong>ventidue gli indagati<\/strong>\u00a0per gli scontri avvenuti a gennaio, al termine del big match tra\u00a0<strong>L\u2019Aquila Calcio<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>Sambenedettese<\/strong>, gara terminata 3-0 per i rossobl\u00f9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondo quanto emerso, la&nbsp;<strong>Procura dell\u2019Aquila<\/strong>, guidata dal sostituto procuratore&nbsp;<strong>Ugo Timpano<\/strong>, contesta a vario titolo i reati di&nbsp;<strong>invasione di terreno di gioco<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>rissa<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>travisamento<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>possesso di oggetti atti a offendere<\/strong>&nbsp;a&nbsp;<strong>9 tifosi della Sambenedettese<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>13 dell\u2019Aquila<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gli scontri erano scoppiati quando, per motivi mai del tutto chiariti, era stato deciso di far&nbsp;<strong>defluire i tifosi ospiti attraverso il campo<\/strong>.
